Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes prohibited uses of SignalFlow Engine and the enforcement actions we may take. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Purpose
SignalFlow is a social publishing platform. To protect users, third-party platforms, and the integrity of the Service, you must use SignalFlow lawfully and responsibly. Related documents: Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
2. Prohibited Uses
You may not use SignalFlow to engage in or facilitate:
- Illegal activity — any use that violates applicable law or regulation
- Harassment or abuse — threats, intimidation, stalking, or other abusive behaviour
- Hate or violent content — content that promotes hatred, violence, or severe harm against people or groups
- Fraud or impersonation — scams, phishing, identity deception, or misrepresenting affiliation with a person or organisation
- Spam and deceptive automation — unsolicited bulk messaging, misleading engagement schemes, or deceptive automated posting
- Malware or credential theft — distributing malware, spyware, or attempting to steal credentials or tokens
- Unauthorised access — accessing accounts, systems, or data without permission, or probing for vulnerabilities without authorisation
- Platform manipulation — artificial engagement, coordinated inauthentic behaviour, or other manipulation of social platform metrics or rankings
- Copyright and intellectual-property infringement — publishing content you do not have rights to use
- Publishing without proper authority — connecting accounts or publishing content without permission from the account owner or rights holder
- Circumventing social-platform limits — bypassing rate limits, posting restrictions, safety systems, or enforcement mechanisms
- Scraping or misuse of platform APIs — unauthorised scraping, harvesting, or abuse of SignalFlow or third-party APIs
- High-volume abusive posting — excessive or abusive publishing that harms platforms, recipients, or Service stability
- Disruption of SignalFlow — attempts to overload, interfere with, reverse engineer (except where permitted by law), or disrupt the Service
- Third-party policy violations — activity that violates the policies of LinkedIn, X / Twitter, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), Google / YouTube, TikTok, or other connected platforms
3. Enforcement
If we believe you have violated this AUP or our Terms, we may take action that we consider appropriate in the circumstances, including:
- Warning
- Content restriction
- Integration disconnection
- Temporary suspension
- Account termination
- Legal reporting where required
We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with platforms or authorities when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or third parties.
4. Reporting Abuse
To report suspected abuse or AUP violations, contact support@signalflowengine.com or use our Contact page. Include relevant account details, URLs, timestamps, and a description of the issue.
5. Updates
We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
