Contact & Support
Last updated: July 15, 2026
We’re here to help with SignalFlow Engine accounts, publishing integrations, billing, privacy requests, and security reports.
How to reach us
Email support@signalflowengine.com. We review messages as promptly as reasonably possible during normal business operations.
General support
For questions about getting started, campaigns, content workflows, or how SignalFlow features work, email us with a short description of what you need help with.
Technical support
For publishing failures, connection issues, or unexpected product behaviour, include the platform involved (for example LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok), approximate timestamps, and any error messages shown in the product.
Account and billing questions
For plan changes, invoices, subscription status, or account access issues, include the email address on your SignalFlow account and a clear description of the billing or account question. Payments are processed through Stripe; we can help interpret plan status shown in SignalFlow.
Privacy and deletion requests
For privacy questions or requests to delete an account or associated personal data, follow the steps on our Data Deletion Instructions page and review our Privacy Policy. Use a clear subject line such as “Privacy Request” or “Data Deletion Request.”
Security reporting
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in SignalFlow, email support@signalflowengine.com with the subject line Security Report. Include enough detail for us to understand and reproduce the issue. Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal data. See also our Security page.
What to include in support requests
To help us respond efficiently, please include:
- The email address associated with your SignalFlow account
- A clear summary of the issue or request
- Relevant platform names and approximate dates/times
- Screenshots or error text when helpful (avoid sharing passwords or secrets)
- Steps you have already tried
Never send passwords, full payment card numbers, private API keys, or OAuth tokens in email.
