Data Deletion Instructions
Last updated: July 15, 2026
This page explains how to disconnect social platforms from SignalFlow Engine, delete your SignalFlow account or request deletion, and understand what happens to data after deletion—including content already published on third-party platforms.
Overview
SignalFlow lets you connect third-party social accounts and publish content. You can disconnect integrations from within the product and request deletion of your SignalFlow account and associated personal data. Deleting SignalFlow data does not automatically remove content that was already published to LinkedIn, X / Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or other platforms.
1. Disconnect a social platform inside SignalFlow
- Sign in to your SignalFlow account.
- Open Integrations (or the equivalent connections / settings area in your workspace).
- Locate the connected platform you want to remove.
- Select Disconnect (or the equivalent action).
Disconnecting removes SignalFlow’s ability to use that connection for publishing. You may also revoke SignalFlow’s access from the social platform’s own security, apps, or connected-applications settings.
2. Delete your SignalFlow account or request deletion
If self-service account deletion is available in your account settings, use that option while signed in. If self-service deletion is not available or does not complete as expected, request deletion by email:
- Send a message to support@signalflowengine.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
- Include enough information for us to identify your account (see section 5 below).
- Confirm that you want the SignalFlow account deleted.
3. Request deletion of associated personal data
You may request deletion of personal data associated with your SignalFlow account, including account profile information and stored connection records where applicable. Email support@signalflowengine.com with the subject line Personal Data Deletion Request and describe the data you want deleted.
For general privacy information, see our Privacy Policy.
4. Contact support if self-service is unavailable
If you cannot sign in, cannot locate a disconnect or deletion control, or need help completing a request, contact support at support@signalflowengine.com. We will provide reasonable assistance to process verified requests.
5. Information to include so we can identify your account
To process a deletion request, please include:
- The email address associated with your SignalFlow account
- Your account display name, if applicable
- The platforms you connected (if relevant to the request)
- A clear statement of what you want deleted (account, specific data, or both)
- Any additional details that help us verify you control the account
We may ask for additional verification before completing a deletion request to help protect accounts from unauthorised requests.
6. Data that may be retained
Some information may be retained where reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, or maintain security and operational integrity. We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
7. Content already published on social platforms
Deleting your SignalFlow account or SignalFlow-stored data does not automatically delete posts, videos, images, or other content that was already published to third-party social platforms. Those platforms control content hosted on their services.
8. Removing published content from social platforms
To remove content that already appears on a social platform, sign in to that platform directly and delete or unpublish the content using the platform’s own tools and policies. SignalFlow cannot guarantee removal of content from third-party services after publication.
Quick process summary
- Disconnect social accounts in SignalFlow (and optionally revoke access on each platform).
- Delete your SignalFlow account in-product if available, or email a deletion request.
- Request deletion of associated personal data if needed.
- Remove previously published posts directly on each social platform.
- Contact support@signalflowengine.com if you need help.
