Terms of Service

1. Agreement to These Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement and meet any minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Connected Social Accounts

SignalFlow may allow you to connect accounts on platforms such as LinkedIn, X / Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. By connecting an account, you represent that you have authority to grant the requested permissions and to publish content through that account.

You remain responsible for complying with each platform’s terms, policies, and technical limits. SignalFlow does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for their availability, decisions, or changes to APIs or permissions.

4. User Content and Publishing

You retain ownership of content you submit to SignalFlow (“User Content”), subject to the licences and rights needed for us to operate the Service. You grant SignalFlow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, transmit, display, and publish User Content solely as needed to provide the Service and follow your instructions (including scheduling and publishing to connected platforms).

You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit and publish User Content, and that doing so will not infringe others’ rights or violate law or third-party platform rules.

SignalFlow publishes content only when you instruct us to do so or when other authorised application behaviour you initiate requires it. We do not claim ownership of your User Content.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes the activities described in our Acceptable Use Policy, such as illegal activity, harassment, spam, fraud, unauthorised access, malware, copyright infringement, publishing without authority, and violations of third-party platform rules.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Billing is processed through Stripe. Plan details, pricing, and included usage may be described on our pricing pages or in-product and may change from time to time.

Where a trial, promotional plan, or plan change is offered, eligibility, duration, and conversion terms will be presented at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or limitation of paid features.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous operation. Features may be modified, limited, or discontinued. Third-party platform outages or API changes may affect publishing and integrations.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including authentication and database services, payment processors, email delivery, hosting, and social platforms. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. SignalFlow is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

9. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, or third-party platform requirements, or if needed to protect the Service, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity) will survive.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIGNALFLOW AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO SIGNALFLOW FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY AMOUNTS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SignalFlow and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your User Content, your use of the Service, your connected accounts, or your violation of these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights or platform rules.

13. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
